Sacred Space

A free 3-part workshop inviting you to discover and create your own sacred space connecting you to the Earth

Mon 23rd - Weds 25th October

  • Unblock the flow of energy around you and find out how it can transform the way you feel and how much you can get done.
  • Discover how your local landscape can influence the way you go through your daily life, and how to harness its power to make you feel good.
  • Come away with a practice that you can use any time to reduce stress or overwhelm, and help you feel grounded and connected to yourself and to the Earth.

Part One - Allowing Space

If your home, mind or inbox are cluttered there is no space to allow in the sacred. We will begin by looking at ways to allow space into our lives.

Part Two - Finding Space

There is no set rule that makes one place sacred while another is not. Discover or get reaquainted with the sacred in your local landscape.

Part Three - Creating Space

Sometimes you need to bring a bit of Earth Magic into your everyday space. We will look at ways to do this so you can stay connected all the time.

 

This 3-part workshop will be delivered to the email address you sign up with as a series of videos beginning on Monday 23rd October. There will be ongoing support for any questions in our Facebook group.
